Tổng cục Hải quan vừa có thông báo gửi cục hải quan các tỉnh thành phố thực hiện kiểm tra C/O mẫu D điện tử thông qua Cơ chế một cửa ASEAN.

Theo đó, kể từ ngày 25/2/2020, Philippines là thành viên cuối cùng thực hiện truyền nhận dữ liệu C/O điện tử thông quan hệ thống một cửa ASEAN.
Cơ quan Hải quan thực hiện kiểm tra tiếp nhận C/O mẫu D điện tử do Philippines cấp truyền qua hệ thống một cửa quốc gia. Việc kiểm tra thực hiện theo quy định hiện hành.
Hướng dẫn của Tổng cục Hải quan căn cứ trên quy định tại Thông tư 22/2016/TT-BCT ngày 3/10/2016 của Bộ Công Thương và trên cơ sở kết quả Phiên họp Tiểu ban Quy tắc xuất xứ lần thứ 32 (SC-AROO 32) thực thi Hiệp định ATIGA (C/O mẫu D) diễn ra từ ngày 24-28/2/2020 tại Bandung, Indonesia. Phiên họp thông báo tất cả các nước thành viên thực hiện C/O điện tử thông qua Cơ chế một cửa ASEAN từ ngày 25/2/2020.
Theo thống kê của Tổng cục Hải quan, tính đến ngày 31/1/2020, kết quả triển khai trao đổi Giấy chứng nhận xuất xứ mẫu D bản điện tử với 8 nước ASEAN như sau: Tổng số C/O gửi từ Việt Nam sang các nước ASEAN là 165.061 C/O; Tổng số C/O nhận từ các nước ASEAN về Việt Nam là 201.652 C/O.
