Electronic waste products exported with EC 160215 code belong to the detailed list of hazardous wastes and wastes which are likely to be hazardous waste according to Circular No. 36/2015 / TT-BTNMT dated June 30, 2015 of Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment School regulations on hazardous waste management. When exporting hazardous wastes (HWs), there must be permits of the General Department of Environment under the provisions of Circular No. 36/2015 / TT-BTNMT of June 30, 2015 of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment.
