Non-standard fashion contact lenses are not included in the list of medical equipment imported under the Ministry of Health's license issued together with Circular No. 24/2011 / TT-BYT dated June 21, 2011. No import license is required. However, if the customs clearance process is in doubt, if the customs office asks for expertise to determine imported goods, if it is not properly declared, the enterprise will be dealt with in accordance with the current law.
