Equipped with advanced exploitation tools and equipment for preserving aquatic products (for fishing vessels and fishing services). Age of the ship (from the year of construction to the time of import). No more than 5 years old for fishing vessels made of wood shell materials. No more than 8 years for fishing vessels made of steel shell materials. The main engine of the ship (from the year of manufacture to the time of import) is not more than 2 years compared to the age of the ship. Inspected and certified by the Vietnam Fishing Vessel Authority, it confirms the technical status and equipment to prevent environmental pollution of fishing vessels.
