Thus, enterprises open declarations according to the form of temporary export for re-import. Enterprises shall carry out procedures for temporary export and re-import at border-gate Customs Sub-Departments. The time limit for temporary export and re-import shall comply with traders' agreements with the partners and register with border-gate Customs Sub-Departments.
