Theo Khoản 1 Điều 32 Thông tư số 38/2015/TT-BTC ngày 25/3/2015 của Bộ Tài chính, đối với hàng hóa nhập khẩu thuộc diện quản lý chuyên ngành của doanh nghiệp ưu tiên thì doanh nghiệp ưu tiên được đưa hàng hóa về bảo quản theo quy định.
