Let me ask in Incoterm 2010, Term DAP,.....?

Question: Let me ask in Incoterm 2010, Term DAP, which party will the unloading at the buyer 's warehouse belong to? Buyer or seller? In the contract, only DAP, Incoterm 2010 is written in general.
Answer: Term DAP (Delivered At Place) - Delivery at destination: according to Incoterms 2010 it belongs to Group D, the responsibility belongs to the seller
Some notes when using Incoterms:
- Incoterms only apply to foreign trade contracts that do not apply to foreign trade contracts.
- Incoterms only apply to sales contracts of physical goods (tangible), not applicable to intangible goods (invisible).
About the law of Incoterms:
- When applying Incoterms, the parties may agree to add other provisions contrary to Incoterms.
- Incoterms cannot replace international sales contracts, it is only part of an international sales contract.
- In case of transporting goods by container using water transport, should choose conditions FCA, CPT, CIP, instead of FOB, CFR, CIF. Should choose conditions in Incoterms so that Vietnamese businesses gain the right to hire ships and buy insurance for goods.

IMPORT AND EXPORT PROCEDURE FOR FURNITURE AND HANDICRAFTS PRODUCTS 07/01/2021 10:12 Vietnam is famous for its export of wood. In the country’s export – import turnover, wood ranks ten in Vietnam’s top export products. According to report from the Customs Department, until August, 2020, Vietnam’s wood export turnover has raised dramatically, reached 7.37 billion in USD, increase by 9% in comparison to the same period last year. This is an amazing growth of Vietnam’s wood industry. Out of all the wood products, crafts and furniture are luxury products according to Vietnam’s laws and at the same time, they hold the biggest volume in the export turnover, especially to market with tough demand like the U.S or Japan.
