Pursuant to Article 27 of Decree No. 60/2014 / ND-CP dated June 19, 2014 of the Government stipulating the import of printing equipment and Circular 16/2015 / TT-BTTTT of June 17, 2015 of the Ministry of Information and media. Accordingly, the printer uses digital technology, offset (offset), flexo, copper tubes; The screen printing machine (silk) must be licensed by the Ministry of Information and Communications.
