What are the regulations for importing microbiological feed?

Currently, the import of animal feed is specified in Circular 04/2015 / TT-BNNPTNT dated February 12, 2015, Circular 66/2011 / TT-BNNPTNT dated October 10, 2011 and Information Circular 26/2012 / TT-BNNPTNT dated June 25, 2012 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, accordingly:

  1. For animal feeds already included in the list of animal feeds permitted for circulation in Vietnam, when importing, organizations and individuals shall carry out procedures at customs offices and conduct quality inspection according to Chapter III of this Circular. Customs procedures are carried out in accordance with Articles 16, 18 of Circular 38/2015 / TT-BTC dated March 25, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance.

  2 / For animal feeds not yet included in the list of animal feeds permitted for circulation in Vietnam, there must be decisions on recognition of animal feeds and animal feeds permitted for circulation in Vietnam. The Directorate of Fisheries or the Department of Livestock Production and implementation of quality control according to Chapter III Information 66/2011 / BNNPTNT.
