From January 1, 2019, Vietnamese enterprises exporting goods to the EU will have to self-certify the origin of goods in order to enjoy the universal preferential tariff (GSP) C / O form A. The responsibility of certifying the origin of goods will shift from specialized agencies to enterprises (or importers).
