JOB DESCRIPTION
- Making payment vouchers: receipts, expenditures, UNC, bank book, tracking and comparing debts of each customer and supplier
- When an import contract arises, a foreign currency purchase dossier shall be prepared and paid to the supplier
- Directly perform cash payment transactions, via banks for suppliers such as: reconciling debts, receiving invoices ...
- Contact customer to recover debts
- Issue sales invoices
- Directly working with banks, tax authorities
- Entering accounting data on Misa software
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Graduated College or higher specialized Accounting
- Proficiency in word, excel, Misa accounting software
- There are vehicles, honest, hard-working, agile
- No experience required
