Mặt hàng kính áp tròng thời trang không độ không nằm trong danh mục trang thiết bị y tế được nhập khẩu theo giấy phép của Bộ Y tế ban hành kèm theo Thông tư số 24/2011/TT-BYT ngày 21/6/2011 thì không phải xin giấy phép nhập khẩu. tuy nhiện, quá trình làm thủ tục hải quan nếu có nghi vấn, cơ quan hải quan trưng cầu giám định để xác định hàng hóa nhập khẩu nếu không đúng khai báo thì DN sẽ bị xử lý theo quy định của pháp luật hiện hành.
