Position: Operation staff

Job description:

Contact shipping company to receive D/O, bet cont (if any...)
Contact specialized agencies to carry out procedures for issuing certificates according to the requirements of each item
Contact the customs office to carry out customs clearance procedures
Complete procedures for receiving goods at warehouses, ports, and airports
Contact the customer to confirm the time, place, delivery method, loading and unloading, shipping tracking
Perform other internal tasks as required by the nature of the job.

Job requirements:

1 year or more experience in similar position
English communication is preferred.
Skilled in using MS office software (Word, Excel)
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure and work.
Ability to plan and organize scientific work.
Qualification: College graduate or above
