LOGISTICS H-A RECRUITMENT NOTICE - GENERAL ACCOUNTANT
Position: General Accountant

Job description:

Collect and process accounting information, data and accounting documents through arising economic operations related to the production and business process of enterprises.
Based on arising operations, collect, check and arrange documents.
Monitor banking operations, perform banking transactions.
Enter data, manage records to track and reconcile accounts receivable and payable. Liaise with clients working on debt.
Perform other internal tasks as required by the nature of the job.

Job requirements:

Know the current regulations on invoices, electronic invoices, tax declaration and payment (VAT, CIT, PIT, License Tax...).
English communication is preferred.
Experience in working with accounting software.
Skilled in statistics and charting.
Having skills in using MS office software suite (Word, Excel) to edit documents, make tables to track accounting-related data.
Ability to work independently.
Ability to work under pressure and work.
Ability to plan and organize scientific work.
Qualification:Graduated with a major in accounting.
