Căn cứ quy định tại Nghị định số 35/2003/NĐ-CP ngày 31/03/2004 của Chính phủ hướng dẫn thi hành một số điều của Luật phòng cháy chữa cháy và Thông tư số 11/2014/TT-BCA ngày 12/3/2014 của Bộ Công an hướng dẫn thi hành Nghị định 35/2003/NĐ-CP của Chính phủ thì việc nhập khẩu phương tiện phòng cháy và chữa cháy không yêu cầu phải có giấy phép. Tuy nhiên, những mặt hàng này thuộc Danh mục sản phẩm, hàng hóa có khả năng gây mất an toàn thuộc trách nhiệm quản lý của Bộ Công an theo Thông tư số 14/TT-BCA ngày 20/3/2012 khi nhập khẩu cần phải kiểm định chất lượng theo quy định. Do đó, đề nghị Doanh nghiệp liên hệ với Tổng cục Hậu cần – Kỹ thuật (Bộ Công an) để được hướng dẫn cụ thể.
