Câu hỏi: Tôi có xuất 1 lô hàng E62 cho Nhật Bản, nhưng được Japan chỉ định giao hàng tại Indonesia, vậy phải làm CO cho Nhật Bản hay Indonesia? Và làm CO form gì?
Tôi nhập vải mộc bên Trung Quốc và mang về Việt Nam nhuộm thành phẩm và xuất khẩu. HS code thành phẩm là 55142900, HS code nguyên liệu là 55141900
Trả lời:
hàng bán cho Nhật Bản nhưng được chỉ định giao hàng tại Indonesia thì sẽ làm CO foem D cho Indonesia.
Theo quy định thông tư số 10/2019/TT-BTC mặt hàng thành phẩm mã HS 55142900 só thể sử dụng các tiêu chí sau: RVC40% hoặc CTH hoặc quy tắc hàng dệt may. Đối với mã nguyên liệu là: 55141900 không thể áp dụng tiêu chí CTH nên chỉ còn 2 lựa chọn là RVC40% hoặc quy tắc hàng dệt may (Phụ lục II ban hành kèm theo Thông tư số 10/2019/TT-BTC)
