Exporting silage corn to China?

The Chinese-owned company wants to import Vietnamese corn silage as animal feed for cows. But corn silage is allowed to import into China not under Decree 118. So ask if exporting this item, what documents should be prepared?

- Pursuant to Clause 2, Clause 7, Clause 8 Article 1 of Circular 30/2014 / TT-BNNPTNT dated September 5, 2014 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
"Article 1. List of articles subject to plant quarantine
2. Product of the tree
a) Tubers, fruits, seeds, flowers, leaves, stems, branches, roots, roots, bark;
b) Assorted sheets, bran, oily meal, raw natural fibers, vegetable fibers;
c) Vegetable-derived starches and starches (except kneading and modified starches);
d) Tobacco stems, tobacco pipes, pipe tobacco, animal feed yeasts, raw cotton, cotton waste, straw, aquatic plants;
d) Logs, sawn timber, wooden pallets, sawdust and coconut mulch;
f) Raw materials for making animal feeds;
g) Planting stands of plant origin.
7. Other articles capable of carrying plant quarantine objects shall be determined by the Plant Protection Department and reported to the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development for decision.
8. In case of export of articles not on the List prescribed in this Article, plant quarantine may be carried out at the request of importing countries and international treaties which Vietnam has signed or acceded to. . "
