How about export of colored sand?

   Construction sand products (natural sand) are not allowed to be exported under the provisions in Appendix 2 List of minerals used as construction materials without export issued together with Circular No. 04/2012 / TT-BXD September 20, 2012 of the Ministry of Construction. In special cases where there is a need for export, the Ministry of Construction shall report to the Prime Minister for decision.
