   Circular No. 29/2011 / TT-BYT dated June 30, 2011 of the Ministry of Health regulating the management of insecticidal and germicidal chemicals and preparations for domestic and medical use, according to which: For products which have been granted circulation registration numbers by the Ministry of Health, enterprises may carry out import procedures directly at the Customs Sub-Departments of import border gates or inoculants which have not yet granted circulation registration numbers, so the enterprises are requested to contact Directly with the Ministry of Health for specific consideration and guidance.
