Customs officers require the company to register for state quality inspection according to Circular 08/2019 / BKHCN and explain in detail at Decision 3810 / QD-BKHCN. But according to the company, this circular only applies to "Light-emitting diode (LED) / Light-emitting diode (LED)". So we want to ask the case of our company must register for quality testing or not?

- Pursuant to the Annex enclosed with Circular 08/2019 / BKHCN of the Ministry of Science and Technology, other light-emitting diodes, searchlights and led lamps must apply the promulgated Regulation. The company bases on specific names, uses and students to implement commodity policies accordingly

Particularly, the list of goods under Decision 3810 / QD-BKHCN of the Ministry of Science and Technology applies only hot cathode fluorescent lamps (ballast type) under the management of this Ministry.

Request the company to refer to the above provisions for implementation. In case of arising problems, please contact directly with the Customs Branch where expected to register the declaration for specific instructions.
