Internationalization and agency activities of buying, selling, processing and transiting goods with foreign countries and regulated in Circular No. 31/2011 / TT-BGTVT dated April 15, 2011 of the Ministry of Transport on quality inspection of technical safety and environmental protection of imported motor vehicles
Application for import license
a. A written request for the import of a car with certification by the managing agency on the status of the applicant (for the subjects specified in Clauses 1,2 and 3, Article 2 of this Circular) or certified by the owner authority of agencies and organizations regarding the information in the written request (for the subjects specified in Clause 4, Article 2 of this Circular are agencies and organizations) or have certification of the permanent address of Cong.
