IMPORT OF RAW MATERIALS USED IN AQUACULTURE
Question:The company is trading in complementary food products, environmental treatment used in aquaculture, currently wants to import goods belonging to the mineral group and amino acid group, both of which are in 2 groups. In Appendix II (Circular 26/2018 / TT-BNNPTNT), a list of chemicals, probiotics, microorganisms and feed ingredients allowed to be used in aquaculture in Vietnam. Does CFS need parties to import goods that contain minerals and amino acids as above?

- If an individual imports environmental treatment and improvement substances in aquaculture on the list of products permitted to be circulated in Vietnam, the quality of the products circulated in the market must be checked in accordance with Article 7 of the Circular. No. 26/2018 / TT-BNNPTNT dated November 15, 2018 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Note, Individuals should refer to Section 20-Appendix 1-Article 1 and Part VI- Appendix 2- Circular No. 15/2018 / TT-BNNPTNT to implement the policy of goods being substances for environmental remediation. . At the same time, it is necessary to compare the purpose of business and regulations on quality inspection of imported goods to comply with the case of the Individual.

- Pursuant to Section 2- APPENDIX V ON THE LIST OF GOODS AND COMPETENCE TO MANAGE CFS according to the Government's Decree No. 69/2018 / ND-CP of May 15, 2018, stipulating that goods must be submitted to CFS. HS code when importing:
