According to Clause 3, Article 27 of Decree No. 08/2015 / ND-CP dated January 21, 2015 of the Government, the delay of submission of documents under customs dossiers is prescribed as follows:

Where the customs dossier inspection is carried out by customs officers, the director of the Customs Sub-Department shall consider the customs declarant's proposal, decide to extend the time limit for submission of the originals of a number of accompanying vouchers. customs declaration within 30 days from the date of customs declaration registration.
