Tạm nhập tái xuất hàng nhập khẩu phục vụ thi công xây dựng có phải đăng ký đăng kiểm như hàng kinh doanh không? Vì hàng tạm nhập 2 năm sau sẽ xuất lại, và có phải đóng thuế nhập khẩu không hoàn lại không?

Đối với hàng tạm nhập thì nếu mặt hàng thuộc trong danh mục hàng hóa thì vẫn phải kiểm tra chất lượng theo quy định nhà nước
Hàng tạm nhập vẫn phải đóng thuế nhập khẩu trước rồi mới đến thời hạn tái xuất, Công ty tái xuất hàng hóa sẽ được hoàn thuế theo Khoản 9 Điều 122 Thông tư 128/2013/TT-BTC ngày 10/09/2013 của Bộ Tài Chính.
