Căn cứ Điều 27 Nghị định số 60/2014/NĐ-CP ngày 19 tháng 06 năm 2014 của Chính phủ quy định nhập khẩu thiết bị in và Thông tư 16/2015/TT-BTTTT ngày 17/6/2015 của Bộ thông tin và truyền thông. Theo đó, Máy in sử dụng công nghệ kỹ thuật số, ốp-xét (offset), flexo, ống đồng; máy in lưới (lụa) khi nhập khẩu phải có giấy phép của Bộ Thông tin và Truyền thông.
