The actual inspection of goods absent from customs declarants shall be conducted in the following forms:a) Non-invasive inspection through the scanner.b) Inspection by technical equipment, other professional measures of customs authorities.c) Opening goods for direct inspection with the witness of representatives of state agencies at border-gate areas, representatives of transport enterprises and port, warehouse and yard business enterprises. The inspection must be made in writing with the signatures of the involved parties.
