1. Staff import and export documents
- Responsible for checking and handling import and export documents;
- Open import and export declarations and documents (Invoice, Packing List, Contracts, Making applications for quality registration (for items requiring registration), Official documents submitted to relevant parties ...)
- Close the container lifting fee and surcharge (if any) for each shipment.
- Coordinate with forwarding:
Report delivery plans to customers
After finalizing the delivery plan with the customer, report the container towing plan to the garage for delivery.
- Check the list and garage bill
- Making consultation records (if any).
- Keep track of import schedule, date of departure, arrival.
- Making procedures for tax refund and tax adjustment
- Updating legal documents information about import and export goods
- Pay debts with customers and garage
- Perform other jobs as assigned by the managerial staff.
2. Import-export business staff (Sales Logistics)
- Finding customers
- Consulting Logistics services for customers wishing to transport import and export goods domestically and abroad.
- Track and handle the arising work when dealing with customers
- Prepare and implement a business development plan.
- Planning and implementing plans to develop new customers and maintain old customers
- Customer care
- Quotation for customers, negotiation, negotiation, drafting and signing contracts with customers
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- College graduate or higher specialized in import and export, foreign trade, transport
- Fluency in words, excel, priority in knowing foreign languages
- There are vehicles, honest, hard-working, agile
