In order to implement the above solutions, the Prime Minister assigned the Ministry of Finance to assume the prime responsibility for elaborating a decree to submit to the Government for promulgation on customs management of imported and exported goods traded via e-commerce to ensure the implementation of solutions to complete the legal basis, time for submission to the fourth quarter of 2020.
The Ministry of Finance is also assigned to build and complete a customs management system for imports and exports traded via e-commerce, with the implementation period from 2020 to 2022.
At the same time, taking the lead in summarizing and evaluating the effectiveness of the management of e-commerce activities for exported and imported goods from 2020 to 2025, proposing the management of exported goods. , import transactions via e-commerce in the next period, time to report to the Government in the first quarter / 2026.
