Tuy nhiên, những mặt hàng này thuộc Danh mục sản phẩm, hàng hóa có khả năng gây mất an toàn thuộc trách nhiệm quản lý của Bộ Công an theo Thông tư số 14/TT-BCA ngày 20/3/2012 khi nhập khẩu cần phải kiểm định chất lượng theo quy định. Do đó, đề nghị Doanh nghiệp liên hệ với Tổng cục Hậu cần – Kỹ thuật (Bộ Công an) để được hướng dẫn cụ thể.
