2. Rights and obligations of wine distributors:

a) Importing alcohol, buying wine from domestic wine traders and other wine distributors according to the license; ”

Pursuant to Clause 1, Article 13 of the Government's Decree No. 15/2018 / ND-CP dated February 2, 2018:

“Article 13. Cases of exemption from state inspection on imported food safety (except cases with food safety warnings)

1. The product has been granted a registration receipt for the product announcement. ”

According to the above provisions, the wine distribution company imports alcohol strictly according to the contents of the license and is exempt from state inspection on food safety if it has been granted a registration receipt for the remaining product proclamation. effect.
