Tổng cục Hải quan vừa có văn bản hướng dẫn cục hải quan các tỉnh, thành phố thủ tục xuất khẩu cát.

Theo đó, đối với cát trắng silic, cát vàng làm khuôn đúc chỉ được phép xuất khẩu nếu đáp ứng các điều kiện: Có hợp đồng xuất khẩu đã ký với đối tác nước ngoài trước ngày 15/9/2017 và được Bộ Xây dựng xác nhận theo hướng dẫn tại công văn số 1598/BXD-VLXD ngày 3/7/2018.
Đồng thời đáp ứng điều kiện về tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, hồ sơ xuất khẩu theo Thông tư số 05/2019/TT-BXD ngày 10/10/2019 của Bộ Xây dựng (sửa đổi, bổ sung Thông tư 05/2018/TT-BXD ngày 29/6/2018).
Đối với các loạt cát khác, Tổng cục Hải quan cho biết, thực hiện theo công văn 9826/VPCP-CN ngày 15/9/2017 của Văn phòng Chính phủ, theo đó Việt Nam tiếp tục thực hiện chủ trương không xuất khẩu mọi loại cát ra nước ngoài.
Trước đó, Bộ Xây dựng cũng có văn bản hồi đáp Tổng cục Hải quan về vấn đề xuất khẩu cát.
