   Activated carbon and sand used for water purification are not banned and imported goods under the license of specialized management agencies stipulated in Decree No. 187/2013 / ND-CP dated November 20 / 2013 by the Government. Customs procedures shall be carried out at the import border-gate Customs Sub-Department. Please contact directly with the Customs Branch where the declaration form is opened for detailed instructions.
