 My company intends to import sterile Caprylyl Glycol, please let me ask:
- Which HS code should I use?
- What are the import procedures? Do I need to declare my product's chemicals on the 1-door system?
Reply:
- Caprylyl Glycol sterile product has 1.2 Octanediol, can refer to code 29053900.
- This item is not covered by Decree 113/2017 / ND-CP of the Government dated October 9, 2017, so there is no need to declare chemicals when importing.
- Document of customs procedures when importing shall comply with Clause 5 Article 1 of Circular No. 39/2018 / TT-BTC dated April 20, 2018 of the Ministry of Finance amending and supplementing Clause 2, Article 6 of Circular No. 38 / 2015 / TT-BTC dated March 25, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance.
- In addition, Based on the list of chemicals to be disclosed, amended and supplemented and issued together with Decree No. 26/2011 / ND-CP dated April 8, 2011 of the Government "Amending and supplementing a number of articles of Decree No. 108/2008 / ND-CP dated October 7, 2008 of the Government detailing and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the Chemical Law ”.
