Pursuant to Article 13 of Decree No. 187/2013 / ND-CP dated November 20, 2013 of the Government of the Government, temporary export and re-import of machinery, equipment and means of transport for repair, warranty and production export, construction and lease under contracts for repair, warranty, production, construction and lease with foreign countries.
