Customs dossiers for ship export comply with Article 35 of Decree No. 161/2013 / ND-CP dated November 12, 2013 of the Government on registration and purchase, sale, building and construction of ships and guidance at Article 53 Circular 128 / TT-BTC dated September 10, 2013 of the Ministry of Finance.

2 / Type of export:

Pursuant to Article 13 of Decree No. 187/2013 / ND-CP dated November 20, 2013 of the Government of the Government, temporary export and re-import of machinery, equipment and means of transport for repair, warranty and production export, construction and lease under contracts for repair, warranty, production, construction and lease with foreign countries. Thus, enterprises open declarations according to the form of temporary export for re-import. Enterprises shall carry out procedures for temporary export and re-import at border-gate Customs Sub-Departments. The time limit for temporary export and re-import shall comply with traders' agreements with the partners and register with border-gate Customs Sub-Departments.
