I am an employee of the Consulate General, can temporarily import 01 used motorbike for 4 years, end the working term, do I want to transfer the car to Vietnamese people?

According to Clause 4, Article 9 of Decision No. 53/2013 / QD-TTg dated September 13, 2013 of the Government regulating the conditions for the transfer of prescribed cars and motorcycles: For motorcycles : Not transferable in Vietnam.

Thus, in case the motorbike has been used for 4 years, after the term of work, transfer to the individual is Vietnamese, it is not allowed to transfer.
