Theo quy định tại Nghị định số 187/2013/NĐ-CP ngày 20/11/2013 của Chính phủ thì mặt hàng Doanh nghiệp hỏi không thuộc danh mục hàng cấm xuất hay hàng xuất khẩu có điều kiện. Thủ tục đăng ký, khai hải quan thực hiện theo Điều 16, 18 Thông tư 38/2015/TT-BTC ngày 25/3/2015 của Bộ tài chính. Tuy nhiên, nếu mặt hàng của doanh nghiệp chứa, mang những yếy tố thuộc đối tượng bảo hộ sở hữu trí tuệ thì doanh nghiệp phải tuân thủ theo pháp luật về bảo hộ sở hữu trí tuệ theo quy định hiện hành.
