PROCEDURE FOR IMPORT OF FRESH COCONUT SHELL
Question:The company wants to import raw coconut shell for raw materials to produce smoke-free BBQ charcoal. 1 / Raw raw coconut shell products are allowed to be imported? If allowed, what should the import procedures need to pay attention? The company can refer to 06 (six) classification rules in Annex II issued together with
Circular No. 103/2015 / TT-BTC;
Circular No. 14/2015 / TT-BTC dated 30/01/2015 of the Ministry of Finance; Import and export tariff promulgated together with the Government's Decree No. 125/2017 / ND-CP dated November 16, 2017 and compared with imported goods and constituent materials to determine HS codes
Due to the lack of information about the constituent materials, content of constituent materials, manufacturing methods, catalog documents ... of imported goods, we cannot advise the exact HS codes of the goods stated by the Company. .
The basis for applying tax code is based on the actual imported goods of the Company at the time of import, on the basis of the enterprise providing technical documents (if any) or / and going to inspect at the Center. Customs classification analysis. The results of the actual inspection by the customs where the company does the procedures and the results of the Analysis and Classification Center determined to be the legal and accurate basis for applying the code to the imported goods.
