Decree 69/2018 / ND-CP dated May 15, 2018 of the Government detailing a number of articles of the Law on Foreign Trade Management. Expansion: Under this decree, traders are allowed to temporarily import goods into Vietnam under contracts signed with foreign countries for the purpose of warranty, maintenance, renting, borrowing or for other purposes in time. and then re-export the same goods out of Vietnam.
