Customs officers require the company to register for state quality inspection according to Circular 08/2019 / BKHCN and explain in detail at Decision 3810 / QD-BKHCN. But according to the company, this circular only applies to "Light-emitting diode (LED) / Light-emitting diode (LED)". So we want to ask the case of our company must register for quality testing or not?

- Pursuant to the Annex enclosed with Circular 08/2019 / BKHCN of the Ministry of Science and Technology, other light-emitting diodes, searchlights and led lamps must apply the promulgated Regulation. Particularly, the list of goods under Decision 3810 / QD-BKHCN of the Ministry of Science and Technology applies only hot cathode fluorescent lamps (ballast type) under the management of this Ministry.
