The inspection of specialized goods is stipulated in Article 35 of the Customs Law, Article 33 of Decree No. 08/2015 / ND-CP dated January 21, 2015 of the Government and Article 32 of Circular No. 38/2015 / TT- BTC on March 25, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance.

For export and import goods subject to specialized inspection before customs clearance, for a maximum of 10 days from the date of issuance of the inspection registration papers or the date of specialized inspection sampling, except for law. As for specialized inspection, there are other regulations, competent specialized inspection agencies must have inspection conclusions and be responsible for notifying inspection results to customs authorities within 02 working days from the date have test results or send to the National Single Portal in case the inspection agency has an information technology system connected to the national one-stop portal for customs authorities to decide on customs clearance chemical. In cases where the specialized inspection agency has no specialized inspection conclusions after the prescribed time limit has expired, there must be a document clearly stating the reason and the date of the inspection conclusion to the customs office.
