Currently, the import of fertilizers implements Decree 202/2013 / ND-CP dated November 27, 2013 of the Government regulating fertilizer management; When importing fertilizers, it is required to certify and announce organic fertilizer and other fertilizer according to regulations. Circular 29/2014 / TT-bct dated September 30, 2014 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Circular 41/2014 / TT-BNNPTNT dated November 13, 2014 of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development guiding Decree 202 / 2013 / ND-CP, stipulating: In case of importing fertilizers for production and business, enterprises must submit: Copy of Business Registration Certificate or Investment Certificate or Business Registration Certificate, In which, there is a business in fertilizer business, issued by a competent agency, which is only presented when it is first imported. Copy of Certificate of conformity of imported fertilizer batch issued by the certifying organization.

Imported NPK fertilizer must apply for an automatic import license according to Circular 35/2014 / TT-BCT dated October 15, 2014 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade stipulating the automatic import licensing regime for some items fertilizer.
