Thông tư số 29/2011/TT-BYT ngày 30/6/2011 của Bộ Y tế quy định về quản lý hóa chất, chế phẩm diệt côn trùng, diệt khuẩn dùng trong lĩnh vực gia dụng và y tế, theo đó: những chế phẩm đã được Bộ Y tế cấp số đăng ký lưu hành thì doanh nghiệp được làm thủ tục nhập khẩu trực tiếp tại chi cục Hải quan cửa khẩu nhập, chế phẩm nào chưa cấp số đăng ký lưu hành thì đề nghị doanh nghiệp liên hệ trực tiếp với Bộ Y tế để được xem xét, hướng dẫn cụ thể.
