Mặt hàng quần áo trẻ dưới 04 tuổi mới 100% là quà biếu với số lượng 05 bộ như nêu trên không phải kiểm tra hàm lượng FORMALDEHYT theo hướng dẫn tại công văn số 1793/BCT-KHCN, ngày 11/02/2010 và công văn số 9688/BCT-KHCN, ngày 27/9/2010 của Bộ Công Thương.
