In case of exporting glutinous rice, the declarant clearly declares the commodity code of 1006.30.30 in the commodity code box on the customs declaration. In the description box of goods on the customs declaration, the declarant clearly declares the name of sticky rice.
In case of exporting glutinous rice and sticky rice, the declarant declares the goods code 1006.30.30 in the commodity code box on the customs declaration. In the description box of goods on the customs declaration, the declarant clearly declares the corresponding goods names as sticky rice, the goods code is 1006.10 and the sticky sheet, the goods code is 1006.40.
The quantity of glutinous rice, glutinous rice and broken glutinous rice exported is not included in the export rice quota.
The General Department of Customs shall direct the provincial / municipal Customs Departments to receive documents to notify rice exporting enterprises in their localities for implementation.
