Express Customs guide sticky rice export

The General Department of Customs has just sent a high-speed document to the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry; Vietnam Food Association; rice exporters; Customs Departments of provinces and cities to guide procedures for registering sticky rice export declarations in April.
Accordingly, the General Department of Customs set up on the VNACCS / VCIS System for enterprises to register the customs declaration for export of sticky shipments (including sticky rice, sticky rice, sticky rice) from 0:00 minutes on April 23, 2020.
Regarding the customs declaration for sticky rice (including sticky rice, sticky rice, sticky rice), to support the system of differentiating and monitoring the export volume with other rice products, the General Department of Customs recommends Enterprises shall perform customs declaration as follows:
In case of exporting glutinous rice, the declarant clearly declares the commodity code of 1006.30.30 in the commodity code box on the customs declaration. In the description box of goods on the customs declaration, the declarant clearly declares the name of sticky rice.
In case of exporting glutinous rice and sticky rice, the declarant declares the goods code 1006.30.30 in the commodity code box on the customs declaration. In the description box of goods on the customs declaration, the declarant clearly declares the corresponding goods names as sticky rice, the goods code is 1006.10 and the sticky sheet, the goods code is 1006.40.
The quantity of glutinous rice, glutinous rice and broken glutinous rice exported is not included in the export rice quota.
The General Department of Customs shall direct the provincial / municipal Customs Departments to receive documents to notify rice exporting enterprises in their localities for implementation.
