Reply:

According to Article 6 of Circular No. 12/2015 / TT-BTC, dated January 30, 2015 of the Ministry of Finance, the application for recognition of customs clearance agents and accreditation authority is stipulated as follows:

1. Enterprises that fully satisfy the conditions specified in Clause 1, Article 20 of the Customs Law shall compile dossiers of request for recognition of full conditions for being customs procedures agents and send them to the General Department of Customs. Profile include:

a) Notice of eligibility for operation of customs procedures agency according to form No. 04 issued together with this Circular: 01 original;

b) Business registration certificate or business registration certificate or investment certificate: 01 copy;

c) Dossiers of application for customs procedure agent staff codes specified in Clause 1, Article 9 of this Circular.

Documents of the photos taken and signed by the director of the customs procedures agency and affixed with a seal.

2. Within 05 working days after receiving the enterprise's dossier of request, the General Director of the General Department of Customs shall issue a decision to recognize the customs clearance agent according to form No. 05 enclosed with the Circular. and issue the code of customs agent staff according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 9 of this Circular and update it into the electronic portal of the General Department of Customs. 3. In cases where customs clearance agents have branches in other provinces or cities, if branches meet the conditions specified in Clause 1, Article 20 of the Customs Law, they shall be recognized as agents for customs procedures. mandarin Accreditation procedures comply with the provisions of this Article.

4.
