 Information and procedures for applying for paper when importing chemicals?
- To import chemical products in general, the first is to register chemicals before importing (register on the chemical department)
- The registration of chemicals is usually done before the ship returns (preferably 1 week before), now, businesses do not have to pay chemical import fees
- Chemical registration dossier includes: Chemical registration form No. 40/2011 / TT-BTC dated November 14, 2011 of the Ministry of Industry and Trade regulating chemical declaration when importing chemical procedures , the enterprise must produce 1 original copy of the chemical declaration certificate issued by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, along with Packing list, Invoice, Registration Contract on chemical department (2-5 working days will have a registration certificate)
