According to Hai Phong Customs Department, implementing the reform and modernization of Hai Phong seaport infrastructure fee collection and payment, over the past time, the Department has actively coordinated with units of the General Department of Customs, Hai Phong Department of Finance successfully implemented the integrated payment method of Hai Phong seaport via the 24/7 electronic payment portal of the General Department of Customs.
In March alone, 70 businesses (including types of business, processing, export production) made successful payment via the electronic payment portal 24/7 with a total of 616 million VND, respectively. with 643 declarations and 1,144 containers.

From December 1, 2019, Hai Phong seaport infrastructure fee collection is transferred from Hai An district to the Department of Finance.

With the development of toll collection through the Customs electronic payment portal in the 24/7 method, recently, Hai Phong Department of Finance (the unit in charge of toll collection) decided to stop 5 online charging points.
