Accordingly, N2O gas products on the List of goods are food, food additives, food processing aids and utensils, packaging materials and food containers subject to specialized management issued together with Circular No. 05/2018 / TT-BYT dated April 5, 2018 of the Ministry of Health, if the enterprise imports food, the declarant must submit a self-declaration of the product or a receipt of the registration of announcement. The product is a food additive as prescribed in Decree 15/2018 / ND-CP and current documents related to food additive management.
Customs offices do not require a license to produce and trade chemicals, limit production and business under Decree 113/2017 / ND-CP of October 9, 2017 of the Government.
