In which case is the goods exempt from actual inspection?

According to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 33 of the 2014 Customs Law, goods falling into one of the following cases are exempt from actual inspection:

a) Goods for urgent requirements.

b) Specialized goods for national defense and security.

c) Goods of other special cases as decided by the Prime Minister.

In case of detecting such goods, there are signs of violating the law, they must check the actual situation.
