Profile include:a) Notice of eligibility for operation of customs procedures agency according to form No. 04 issued together with this Circular: 01 original;b) Business registration certificate or business registration certificate or investment certificate: 01 copy;c) Dossiers of application for customs procedure agent staff codes specified in Clause 1, Article 9 of this Circular.Documents of the photos taken and signed by the director of the customs procedures agency and affixed with a seal.2. Within 05 working days after receiving the enterprise's dossier of request, the General Director of the General Department of Customs shall issue a decision to recognize the customs clearance agent according to form No. 05 enclosed with the Circular. and issue the code of customs agent staff according to the provisions of Clause 2, Article 9 of this Circular and update it into the electronic portal of the General Department of Customs.
