The Prime Minister has just issued Decision 18/2019 / QGG-TTg regulating the import of used machinery, equipment and technology lines. Enterprises are not allowed to import old equipment and lines if announced exporting countries are removed due to backwardness, poor quality and environmental pollution.

Old machinery and equipment must reach capacity, remaining efficiency of 85% or more compared to the design; consumption of raw materials, materials and energy is below 15% compared to the design. In addition, the technology of the chain is on the list of prohibited technology or transfer technology. Technology of technology lines must be used in at least 3 production facilities in the Organization of Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD).
