Procedures are required to export some types of sand


The General Department of Customs has just issued documents to guide provincial and municipal Customs Departments of sand export procedures.
Accordingly, for white silicon sand, yellow sand for making molds is only allowed to be exported if it meets the following conditions: Having an export contract signed with a foreign partner before September 15, 2017 and approved by the Ministry of Construction. Confirm according to the instructions in Official Letter No. 1598 / BXD-VLXD of July 3, 2018.
At the same time, it meets the conditions on technical standards and export dossiers according to the Ministry of Construction's Circular No. 05/2019 / TT-BXD of October 10, 2019 (amending and supplementing Circular 05/2018 / TT). -BXD on June 29, 2018).
For other sand series, the General Department of Customs said that comply with Official Letter 9826 / VPCP-CN dated September 15, 2017 of the Government Office, according to which Vietnam continues to implement the policy of not exporting all sand type to go abroad.
Earlier, the Ministry of Construction also responded in writing to the General Department of Customs on sand export.
