The Director of Management Supervision is authorized to sign decisions on customs clearance agents

The Director of the Department of Customs Management Supervision is authorized to sign documents within the authority of the Director of the General Department of Customs on customs agency activities.

Specifically, according to Decision 1250 / QD-TCHQ of the General Department of Customs, the Director of the General Department of Customs authorizes the Director of the Department of Customs Supervision and Control to sign documents including: Decision on recognizing modern operations customs procedures; decision to change agent information about customs procedures; decision on termination of customs procedure agency operation; decide to continue operating as an agent of customs procedures.
Authorization period from the date of signing the Decision, April 29, 2020 to the end of December 31, 2020.
By the end of April 2019, the General Department of Customs has recognized the operation of agents carrying out customs procedures for about 1200 enterprises.
