import slim cream from Korea

We wanted to import slim cream from Korea, but the Ministry of Health answered that we were not on the list of cosmetic announcements. So for this product we want to import, we need any special conditions and tests?

Therefore, the company needs to determine its nature and uses (pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, etc.) and refer to the following regulations to apply the Ministry of Health's specialized policies accordingly:

+ Circular 06/2011 / TT-BYT dated 25/01/2011 of the Ministry of Health regulating the import of cosmetics

+ Circular 06/2018 / TT-BYT dated 06/04/2018 of the Ministry of Health promulgating the List of exported and imported drugs and drug materials for people and cosmetics with their commodity codes determined according to the List. goods exported and imported by Vietnam, ... and other relevant current regulations.

Request the company to refer to the above provisions for implementation. If problems arise, the company is requested to contact specialized agencies of the Ministry of Health for specific guidance.
